Using the Discussion Forum Wizard

1. Click the Lessons tab.
2. Navigate to the location where you want to add content.
3. Click on the Add Content link in the toolbar.
4. Click on the Discussion Forums Wizard link under the Templates and Wizards section.
5. Select from the Fishbowl, Hot Seat or Required post formats.
6. Click the Continue button.
7. Complete the steps, filling in the appropriate information.
8. When you complete the steps, click the Create Forum button.

The Discussion Forum Wizard is designed to assist with the set-up of your discussion forum. Using this wizard helps with the discussion forum type, naming, customizing instructions, and designating teams. Select which type of discussion forum you would like from Fishbowl, Hot Seat or Required Post. Click the Continue button. Give the discussion forum a name using the text field box. Click the Continue button. Use the text field to complete directions for the forum's use. Click the Continue button. Select a team prefix and fill in the text field. Click the Continue button. Follow the directions for the particular forum you have chosen until you get to the Create Forum button and click it.
