Learner Profile
Quick steps:
- Navigate to your Home page.
- Locate the My ANGEL Courses section.
- Click on a course.
- Click the Report tab.
- Use the Category drop down to choose the Learner Profile report.
- Make a selection from the Report drop down menu.
- Make a selection from the User(s) drop down menu.
- Use the drop down menus under the Configure Report section.
- Click the Run button.

The Learner Profile is a tool used to view current student information in a course.
From within your course click the Report tab. Use the Category drop down to choose the Learner Profile report. Make a selection from the Report drop down menu. Make a selection from the User(s) drop down menu. Use the drop down menus under the Configure Report section. Click the Run button. You can view the following data:
Activity Logs - Displays information about the student's activities in the course.
Attendance - Displays attendance information by date if entered.
Chat Sessions - Chat sessions the user has been involved in will appear here. You can click on the entries to review them using the Drill-Down view. Forum Posts - Displays the number of posts in each forum. Forums are linked.
Gradebook Grades - Provides information on the individual student grades as well as the course average for each gradebook assignment.
Instructor Notes - Provides a list of notes that have been added under the WhoDunit report.
Logons - Displays the number of logons by date.
Mail from User - Any emails from the user to you will appear here.
Mail to User - Any emails you have written to the user will appear here.
Milestones - Displays any milestones that have been set and pending, due or completed status.
Submissions - Displays total of items submitted by date. Items are clickable when using the Drill-Down view.
You can choose to view this data in chart, table or outline formats. Not all formats are available for each item. You can customize the reporting timeframe as well as export the data.
