Limitations of the ANGEL Quizzing System

ANGEL's quizzing tool is an excellent self-evaluation instrument for students. It is also appropriate for low-stakes quizzing. For high-stakes quizzing and important tests, conducting the test in a monitored lab is recommended, with the quiz set to be visible to students only during a specific time period.

Although by using section headers, instructors can choose to select a random subset of questions from the group of questions that immediately follow the header, the selected questions will appear in the order in which they appear in the original set of questions.

You can change the correct answer or points assigned to a quiz question; however, ANGEL will not recalculate the grades on any previously taken quiz. The amended settings will only affect grades on quizzes taken after the edits have been made.
