Team Tools

Quick steps:

  1. Click the Manage tab.
  2. Locate the Course Management section and click the Teams link.
  3. Click on the settings link beneath the team you wish to edit.
  4. Under the Team Tools section, use the drop down menu and text field to make your choices.
  5. Click the Save button.

When creating teams a File Sharing setting may be used. File Sharing allows team members to upload files to their Team File folder, which is accessible via the Communicate tab. You can choose to Enable or Disable this option using the drop down menu. The team file folder will not appear if the file sharing setting is set to Disable. If you Enable it, you should set a disk Quota. The team file quota is a maximum amount of file space available to each team. If a quota is not specified (the default of 0 remains) there will be no limit to the amount of file space used by the team. The quota is only applicable if the team File Sharing is Enabled.
